As an employer, you can be assured that we carry out a rigorous application, screening and assessment process for all of our candidates. We provide honest feedback to them at all stages of the program and only work with those candidates who have shown their commitment and ability, not only in terms of their technical skills but also in terms of their communication skills and ability to meet set time frames and deadlines.
All of our program candidates require an employer sponsored work visa. To be eligible to hire one of our candidates you must therefore be registered with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) as a Standard Business Sponsor.

Maybe you would rather have a chef ‘on demand’? You can opt to start the visa sponsorship process immediately and have them on hold for up to 3 months after their visa approval, creating a ready-made solution to an expected peak time of business or as a replacement to that unexpected resignation!
We keep our pricing structure very simple! You will be charged a one-off flat fee for the candidate placement plus the cost of the candidate nomination due to the DIBP. No more, no less and no hidden charges.
