We arranged to have a chef join our restaurant, Eua de Vie Sydney and the entire process was seamless. We had our chef arrive ready to start work and OCP had already set up her bank account, mobile phone, and accommodation. They had thought of everything and April (the candidate) was well looked after.

In todays market, it is near impossible to recruit committed, enthusiastic, and respectful chefs. Any that you do find either ask for more money than they are worth, or don’t stay long enough for you to invest in their development. However, OCP have managed to fix all our problems by delivering chefs that are passionate about cooking and want to learn.
